Nepal Broadcasting Channel Calls AGM With an Agenda to Discuss IPO Issuance

Nepal Broadcasting Channel Limited has called its AGM on 7th Magh, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Company Register Office, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report for 2079/80 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) To discuss the formation of a board of directors.
5) To increase the paid-up capital and authorized capital of the company and amend Clause 6 of the Memorandum.
6) To issue ordinary shares of the company to the general public.
7) To discuss the use of the capital received after the issuance of ordinary shares.
8) To authorize the Board of Directors to perform the necessary actions regarding the issuance of ordinary shares of the company.
9) Miscellaneous.
