Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sign Agreement to Facilitate Investment and Trade in Nepal

The Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) and the Singapore-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) have reached an agreement to facilitate investment and trade. This understanding was formalized between NCC President Kamlesh Kumar Agarwal and SICCI representatives, focusing on investment opportunities in Nepal's hydropower, tourism, and mineral sectors, among other natural resources.

During a recent visit to Singapore, President Agarwal presented insights into Nepal's investment landscape and opportunities to SICCI officials. He urged Singaporean investors to explore investment prospects in hydropower, tourism, mining, and other natural resources in Nepal. President Agarwal also assured that NCC would facilitate investments to ensure favorable returns for investors.

He highlighted the improving political stability and legal framework in Nepal, which is creating a conducive environment for investments, further encouraging investors to consider opportunities in the country.
