Nepal Clearing House Calls AGM on Mangsir 17 With These Agendas

Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) has called its 12th AGM on 17th Mangsir, 2080 (3rd December 2023). The meeting will be held at Hotel Raddision, Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The program starts at 12:15 PM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1. Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80
2. Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports
3. To approve a 1.50% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.17 crores (including tax)
4. Appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81
5. To approve 28.50% bonus shares i.e. 22,32,621 Shares
6. To approve the authorized capital of the company to be increased by Rs. 2 billion
7. Increament of the authorized capital and the paid-up capital
8. Miscellaneous
