Nepal Finance 31st and Upper Syange Hydropower 7th Calls AGM With These Agendas

Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) has called its 31st AGM on 20th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Hotel Yellow Pagoda, Kantipath, Kathmandu starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas:

1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2079/80.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Identify the appropriate bank or financial institution for merger and acquisition with Nepal Finance Limited.

The company's trading will remain closed for one day i.e. Poush 6, 2080. Therefore those shareholders who hold the company's shares up to Poush 5 can participate in AGM.

AGM Notice:

Upper Syange Hydropower Limited (USHL) has called its 7th AGM on 17th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held atKundalini Durbar Banquet, Chhapal Karkhana Chowk, Kathmandu, starting at 11 a.m. that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report of 2078/79 and 2079/080 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year up to the end of 2080
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Election of two boards of directors from the public shareholding group.

2nd Poush is the book closure date. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
