Nepal Finance Auctioning 11.36 Lakhs Promoter Shares and 3.02 Lakhs Ordinary Shares From Today
Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) is auctioning its unclaimed right shares from today i.e 17th Ashad and will conclude on 24th Ashad, 2079.
3,02,696.088 ordinary shares and 11,36,716.187 promoter shares are being auctioned. The company had recently issued 1:0.70 ratio right shares i.e 34,54,474.275 units to its eligible shareholders from Jestha 06 till Jestha 26, 2079. The remaining unsold right shares are now being auctioned.
The existing promoters, general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction.
Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. The minimum bid quantity for both the shares is 100 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
Prabhu Capital is appointed as the auction manager.
