Nepal Finance Limited Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2080/81

Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The 393rd Board Meeting of NFS held on Poush 02, 2081 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of writing, NFS closed at Rs. 1,067.80.
