Nepal Hydro Developer Proposes 8.42% Dividend for FY 2080/81; Calls AGM on Poush 25

Nepal Hydro Developer Limited (NHDL) has proposed an 8.42% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company has also called its 18th AGM on Poush 25, 2081.
The 91st board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 28 has decided to distribute 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend (tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. Since the company's paid-up capital is Rs. 35.94 crore, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 2.87 crore and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 15.13 lakhs.
The book closure for the proposed dividend and AGM is on 8th Poush, 2081. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till the 7th Poush are entitled to dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
As of writing, NHDL has an LTP of Rs. 754.80.
