Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) Calls AGM on Mangsir 10 to Endorse 4.2105% Cash Dividend for FY 2078/79

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has called its 4th AGM on 10th Mangsir, 2079. The meeting will be held in Anupam Foodland, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 9 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 4.2105% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 117th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 04 has decided to distribute 4.2105% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 90,94,68,000 from its paid-up capital of Rs. 21.60 Arba.
Furthermore, there is also an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Mangsir 01 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
