Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) Proposes 4.21% Cash Dividend for FY 2079/80

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has proposed a 4.2105% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 134th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 20 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 21.60 Arba. 4.2105% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 90,94,68,000 have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, NIFRA has an LTP of Rs. 183.10.
