Nepal Infrastructures Investment Fund Limited has called the 1st Special General Meeting (SGM) on 7th Shrawan, 2080. The meeting will be held in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, starting at 10 am that day.
These are the agendas:
1) Amendment of the Articles of Association.
2) Issuance of 100% right shares from the paid-up capital and give full authority to BODs to oversee it.
3) To recruit strategic founding investors after the issuance of the right shares.
Ashad 28 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day can attend this SGM.
