Nepal Investment Bank Holds Successful 38th AGM and Reports Strong Financial Growth

Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIMB) successfully conducted its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2080-81 at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu. Chairman Prithivi Bahadur Pandé led the meeting, followed by the election of the Board of Directors.
Promoter Shareholders Prithivi Bahadur Pandé, Dipankar Shakya Uday, Prajanya Rajbhandari, and Madan Kumar Acharya were unopposed, while Kabi Kumar Tibrewala and Shalik Ram Belbase were elected from the Public Shareholder group.
The bank's net profit for the fiscal year reached NPR 4.11 billion. Deposits grew by NPR 46.58 billion, totaling NPR 407 billion, and loans increased by NPR 6.1 billion, reaching NPR 318 billion.
NIMB serves 3.2 million customers through 272 branches, 266 ATMs, and 66 rural counters. The bank has earned recognition with seven "Bank of the Year" awards and Euromoney’s “Best Bank” accolades for 2018 and 2021, with a credit rating of A from ICRA Nepal.
