Nepal Investment Mega Bank appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager for its 4 arba worth debenture; to provide 10% interest annually for 10 years

Nepal Investment Mega Bank has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager to float its Rs 4 arba worth 10% Debenture 2090 to the general public as well as institutional investors.
The debenture will provide 10% interest annually for the coming ten years, as per the media statement.
The MoU was signed between the Senior Deputy CEO of the bank Mr. Mahesh Sharma Dhakal and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Asis Gauchan amid a program.
