Nepal Investment Mega Bank Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2079/80

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The 598th Board Meeting of NIMB held on Magh 19, 2080 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2079/80. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
It revealed a 13.62% decline in net profit to Rs 1.08 Arba in its second-quarter fiscal report for 2080/81, alongside financial metrics indicating an annualized EPS of Rs 10.56 and a net worth per share of Rs 170.68.
NIMB closed at Rs. 171.20 yesterday.
