Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited Launches Upgraded ‘NIMB Smartloan’ for Enhanced Financial Inclusion

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has launched an upgraded version of its mobile loan feature, ‘NIMB Smartloan,’ available through the NIMB Smart app.

This feature allows eligible customers to access instant loans up to Rs. 5,00,000 without collateral, paperwork, or bank visits.

Customers can select flexible repayment options, including a one-month term or installments of up to 36 months, with the added benefit of prepayment.

Eligibility is based on criteria such as having a salary account, regular transactions, and a good loan repayment history.

Mr. Bishwa Singh, Head of Digital Payments at NIMB, expressed excitement about offering the highest loan amount through a mobile platform in the industry, aiming to enhance financial accessibility and convenience for customers.
