Nepal Investment Mega Bank's Rs. 4.04 Arba '10 years, 10% NIMB Debenture 2080' Issue Approved by SEBON

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited's "10% NIMB Debenture 2090" has been approved by the Securities Board of Nepal. The regulatory board gave the nod of approval on Poush 2, 2080.

The "10% NIMB Debenture 2090" has 40.40 lakh units, each having a par value of Rs. 1,000. From the total issue, 16.16 lakh units will be issued to the general public while 24.24 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager.

As the name suggests, the "10% NIMB Debenture 2090" has a maturity period of 10 years and will mature in the year 2090 BS. The debenture will yield a 10% annual return to unitholders.
