Nepal Life Capital Ltd. successfully conducted its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 19, 2081 in Kathmandu. The AGM approved the annual audit report for the fiscal year 2080/81 and appointed the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The meeting also finalized the election of a new Board of Directors. Representing the promoter shareholders, Krishna Raj Lamichhane, Suresh Kumar Agarwal, Amit Kumar Kayal, and Prem Prasad Regmi were elected unopposed as members of the Board.
Following the AGM, the company's 110th Board Meeting was held, where Krishna Raj Lamichhane was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
