Nepal Life Elects New Directors, Sworn In at Board Meeting
Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited held its 25th Annual General Meeting, completing the postponed election of public shareholder directors.
Bimal Prasad Dhakal, Krishna Raj Lamichhane, and Sharmila Shrestha Maharjan were elected as directors.
Following the election, they were sworn in and assumed office in the 393rd board meeting on Chaitra 2, 2081, under the Insurance Act 2079.
