Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) is auctioning the promoter shares of Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL).
NLIC is one the promoter shareholder of the bank.
4,81,174 units promoter share will be auctioned. Rs. 150 is the minimum bid rate for the auction and there is no upper limit. Only existing promoters of the BOKL are eligible to bid for the auction. The existing shareholders who are willing bid for the auction should submit their bids within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice i.e Jestha 11.
