Nepal Life Insurance Company Buys Land With Building in Hetauda

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has bought land and a building in Hetauda. This purchase was approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority.
The property is located in Ward No. 4 of Hetauda, in the Makawanpur District. It is registered in the names of Dipendra Chand Thakuri and Surendra Chand Thakuri. The total area of the land is 60 dhur, which includes lot numbers 10467, 15887, 15888, 10469, and 10466. The total cost of the purchase is Rs. 17,89,51,500, including a registration fee of Rs. 79,51,500.
