Nepal Life Insurance Company Completes Nationwide Motivational Training and Nepal Life Tara Samman Program

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited successfully conducted the motivational training and Nepal Life Tara Samman program across all seven provinces of Nepal.

The events, attended by over 5,000 agency managers and representatives, were led by international trainer Amit Sharma and held in various cities including Itahari, Lalgad, Kathmandu, Narayanghat, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi.

The program, inaugurated by CEO Pravin Raman Parajuli, focused on essential skills for life insurance marketing and aimed to address the challenges of promoting life insurance.

Parajuli highlighted the importance of such training for enhancing agents' skills and knowledge. The company honored 314 agencies and managers who met their targets and awarded top performers in each province with certificates.

The event was supported by various officials, including National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel and General Secretary of the Professional Insurance Agents Federation Om KC, who encouraged the expansion of life insurance awareness among the broader population.
