Nepal Life Insurance Company Concludes Grand Leadership Excellence Awards 2024
Nepal Life Insurance Company successfully concluded its three-day Leadership Excellence Awards 2024 at Tiger Palace Resort, Bhairahawa, attended by 191 agencies, agency managers, and company employees.
The event, held from the 11th to the 13th of Shrawan, celebrated outstanding performances under the theme "Hak Barsh Fly High, Aim Higher." The program was inaugurated by company director Bimal Dhakal and CEO Pravin Raman Parajuli.
Virtually addressing the gathering, Chairman Gobind Lal Sanghai and other executives congratulated and thanked the agents and employees for their exceptional performance in the fiscal year 2080/81 despite economic challenges. They highlighted the company's commitment to investment diversification and improving the standard of living for insurance agents.
CEO Parajuli emphasized the critical role of agents in the company's success and outlined the sales strategy for the current fiscal year. National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel praised the agents and staff for their contributions and stressed the importance of bringing insurance to the common people.
The event recognized top-performing agents with awards and medals, including the Samrat Medal, Ratna Medal, and Samriddhi Medal. The best agents were also honored with cash prizes, acknowledging their significant contributions to the company's growth.
