Nepal Life Insurance Company Proposes 15.7895% Cash Dividend for FY 2077/78; Calls AGM on 8th Mangsir

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has called its 22nd AGM on 8th Mangsir, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Vishuwa, Birgunj, starting at 9am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
4) Endorse the 15.7895% cash dividend (including tax) from its paid-up capital.
5) Approving the appointment of independent directors by the board of directors.
Kartik 18 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
