Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has declared that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2078/79.
The 367th Board Meeting of NLIC held on Magh 7, 2080 has decided that the company will not distribute any dividends to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2078/79. It is important to note that this decision is contingent upon the approval of the financial statements by the regulatory authority, Nepal Insurance Authority, and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
