Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited, a leading life insurance provider in Nepal, has decided to diversify its investments by acquiring stakes in Professional Educators Limited and Uniglobe Higher Secondary School. On Shrawan 6, 2081, at Hotel Royal Singi in Kathmandu, the company signed agreements to invest Rs 73.72 crore for a 35.32% stake in Professional Educators Limited and Rs 60 crore for a 47.62% stake in Uniglobe Higher Secondary School.
