Nepal Life Insurance Holds 25th AGM, Declares 21.05% Dividend and Announces Future Plans

Nepal Life Insurance held its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 28th Magh, 2081, at Hotel Vishuwa, Birgunj, chaired by the Board Chairman Govind Lal Sanghai.

During the meeting, the annual progress report for FY 2080/81 was discussed and approved, along with financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow.

The meeting also approved the appointment of auditors for FY 2081/82 and declared a 21.05% dividend, including 10% bonus shares and 11.05% cash dividend.

Chairman Sanghai expressed the company's commitment to advancing its business and services through structural reforms, improved governance, and the use of modern technology.

CEO Pravin Raman Parajuli highlighted the achievements despite economic challenges and announced plans for the company's 25th-anniversary celebrations in the upcoming year.
