Nepal Life Insurance Proposes 21.05% Cash Dividend for FY 2079/80

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has proposed a 21.05% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 376th meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 20 has decided to distribute a 21.05% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.79 Arba from the paid-up capital. The existing paid-up capital of NLIC is Rs. 8.20 Arba. The amount equal to 1.05% of the said cash dividend will be allocated for tax purposes.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority, and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, NLIC closed at Rs. 603.00.
