Nepal Life Partners with Round Table Nepal for Everest Clean-Up Campaign

Nepal Life Insurance has signed an agreement with Round Table Nepal under Project Care to clean up Everest. The initiative, supported by the Sagarmatha Pollution Control Committee, aims to collect 5,000 kg of waste this season and 25,000 kg in the future.

CEO Pravin Raman Parajuli emphasized Everest's global significance and the need for conservation. Representatives highlighted the increasing waste problem due to mountaineering activities and the importance of sustainable solutions. The campaign will transport non-biodegradable waste to Kathmandu while managing biodegradable waste at lower altitudes.
