Nepal Micro Insurance Distributes 225,000 Shares to Nepali Migrant Workers

Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited allotted 225,000 ordinary shares to Nepali migrant workers who obtained government labor approval.

These shares were part of the company's 22,50,000 ordinary shares, representing 30% of its issued capital of Rs. 75 crores. The issuance was open from 2081 Magh 8 to Magh 22.

A total of 45,906 applications were received, but only 22,500 applicants were allocated shares following the Securities Issuance and Allotment Directive, of 2074.

The allotment took place on 2081 Magh 29 at the premises of NIMB Ace Capital Limited, the issue manager.
