Nepal Rastra Bank Launches Global Money Week 2025 with Youth-Focused Programs

The 13th edition of Global Money Week 2025 began on Monday with the theme "Think before you follow, wise money tomorrow." Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) launched the campaign in collaboration with financial regulatory bodies. NRB Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari inaugurated the event, emphasizing financial literacy and the careful selection of financial products.

Around 600 students from Kathmandu participated in the launch event. The campaign, running until March 23, will include nationwide programs on banking, finance, capital markets, insurance, and cooperatives. Various financial institutions will conduct youth-focused awareness activities to enhance financial literacy among students.
