Nepal Reinsurance Company Calls AGM on 17th Jestha; Company to Endorse 5% Dividend for FY 2079/80

Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has called its 9th AGM on 17th Jestha, 2081 at Anupam Foodland And Banquet located at Battisputali, Kathmandu from 9:30 AM onwards.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 515th meeting of the board of directors held on Baishakh 03 has decided to distribute 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 60.86 Crore and 0.25% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 3.20 crore from the paid-up capital. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 12.81 Arba.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81, and elect one director from the promoter investors group.
Jestha 6, 2081 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
