Nepal SBI Bank Rs. 3 Arba Worth "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" Opening From Ashad 22

Nepal SBI Bank Limited has published an offer letter to open the public issue of "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" from 22nd Ashad and will conclude on 26th Ashad, 2079. If not subscribed fully, the deadline can be extended till Shrawan 4.

30,00,000 units have been issued at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. 60% of the issue i.e 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement and the remaining 40% i.e. 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.20 Arba is for the public issue.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 12 lakh units. Sanima Capital has been appointed the issue manager.

As the name suggests, "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" has a maturity period of 5 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unitholders.
