Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) Calls AGM to Endorse Dividend and Elect Board Member

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has called its 28th AGM on Poush 20. The meeting will be held in Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Tundikhel, Kathmandu, starting at 10: 30 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 5.31% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9.49 Arba. 3.50% bonus shares and 1.81% cash dividends (including cash for tax purposes) have been proposed.
This AGM will also elect a board member from the public shareholders.
Poush 07 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM. The ordinary shares of SBI closed at Rs. 351.20 yesterday.
