Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Appointed as Share Registrar for NRN Infrastructure and Development

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the share registrar for NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited.

In a signing ceremony, Mr. Lekhnath Pokhel, Managing Director and CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, and Mr. Hemant Basyal, CEO of NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited, formalized the agreement.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited will handle all share registration activities, including share filing, name changes, dematerialization, and dividend distribution for NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited.

NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited, established on 2069/05/31, invests in various sectors like hydropower, tourism, and communication. Its founders include prominent figures from the electricity, banking, education, and trade sectors.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal SBI Bank Limited, offers a range of services including investment management, securities issuance, and share registrar services under a license from the Securities Board of Nepal.
