Nepal SBI Merchant Banking convenes 8th AGM

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking has convened its 8th AGM on Mangsir 5, 2080 under the leadership of its chairman.
The AGM has endorsed the Appointment of Mr. Nandan Hari Sharma as the independent board member of the company for the tenure of four years, as per the media statement.
