Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited Appoints Vikash Ananda as Chairman

In the 66th meeting of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited's Board of Directors on 2081/08/17, Mr. Vikash Ananda was appointed as a director representing Nepal SBI Bank Limited and unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Ananda, currently the Chief Operating Officer of Nepal SBI Bank Limited, oversees central operations, HR, credit administration, general services, and legal affairs.

Following his appointment, he took an oath of confidentiality and integrity per the Companies Act.

The swearing-in ceremony was attended by board members Mr. Rajesh Kumar Panda, Mr. Chhapi Raj Pant, Independent Director Mr. Nandan Hari Sharma, CEO Mr. Lekhnath Pokhrel, and company secretary Mr. Khageshwar Bhatt.
