Nepal Seva Laghubitta and Wean Laghubitta: Shares Relisted and Freed for Trading

After successful completion of the merger between Nepal Seva Laghubitta and Wean Laghubitta, the shares have been relisted in NEPSE under the merged company's name (and new ticker symbol).

Nepal Seva Laghubitta and Wean Laghubitta commenced their joint operation on 15th Kartik, 2078. The joint operation has been carried out under the name Wean Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The share swap ratio for the merger was 100: 74. 

The trading of Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA) was halted in NEPSE. NEPSE received the notice of merger agreement between Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA) and WEAN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited on Poush 01 last year. NSEWA had closed at Rs. 831 per share on the last day before its trading was halted.

Now, 7,24,463 shares are listed under Wean Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WNLB). Thus, the shares of former Nepal Seva Laghubitta (NSEWA) have also been freed from transaction halt with this notice.
