Nepal Seva Laghubitta and Wean Laghubitta to Commence Joint Operation on Kartik 15

After a successful merger, Nepal Seva Laghubitta and Wean Laghubitta will commence their joint operation from 15th Kartik, 2078.

The joint operation will be carried out under the name Wean Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

The trading of Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA) has been halted in NEPSE. NEPSE received the notice of merger agreement between Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA) and WEAN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited on Poush 01 last year. NSEWA closed at Rs. 831 per share on the last day before its trading was halted.

The central bank gave final approval to the merger on Bhadra 15 earlier this year. The head office post-merger will be Melamchi-13, Sindhupalchowk. All banking transactions of both the companies will be halted on Kartik 14 for Data Migration purposes.
