Nepal Telecom to Suspend Services for Four Hours Tonight

Various services provided by Nepal Telecom will be suspended for four hours tonight, starting from 11 PM. The company announced that services such as balance recharge, package purchase, and queries will be temporarily unavailable during this period due to an upgrade of the billing system.

Nepal Telecom has urged customers to complete their balance recharges and package purchases beforehand. Other services, including Mobile Voice, Data, SMS, PSTN/FTTH, Voice/Data/IPTV, will remain operational as usual. For any service-related issues like Recharge or Package Subscription, customers are advised to contact the hotline numbers: 1498 and 198.
