Nepal Warehousing Company Limited Calls Its 6th AGM: What Are The Agendas?

Nepal Warehousing Company Limited (NWCL) has also called its 6th AGM on 8th Jestha, 2082. The meeting will be held in Amritbhog Catering, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu, starting at 2:00 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) To approve the appointment of an independent director.
5) To elect one director representing the public shareholders.
6) Misc.
The book closure date is announced on Baishakh 28, 2082. Investors who maintained before that day are eligible to attend the AGM.
