NEPSE Elevates by 15.83 Points, Closing at 2,683.24 with Turnover of Rs. 6.34 Arba; Finance Sector Gained Highest

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) posted an incline of 15.83 points (0.59%) today, closing at 2,683.24. This follows a decline of 13.03 points in the previous session.
The market opened at 2,682.29 and exhibited volatility throughout the day, with an intraday low of 2,661.21 and a high of 2,694.67. A total turnover of Rs. 6.34 Arba was recorded from 12,263,780 shares traded across 309 companies in 65,824 transactions.
Ngadi Group Power Ltd. (NGPL) led trading activity with a turnover of Rs. 54.07 crores, closing at Rs. 494.10.
Notably, Best Finance Limited (BFC) and Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) gained the highest 9.91% each.
On the downside, Ngadi Group Power Ltd. (NGPL) suffered the steepest decline, falling by 10%.
Sector-wise, the "Finance Index" gained the highest 2.27%, while the "Mutual Fund Index" led to a loss of 0.32%.
