NEPSE Ends in Red, Dropping 0.23% with NRN Infrastructure and Development Leading Turnover and Decline

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) fell by 6.32 points (0.23%) today, closing at 2,669.82, after a loss of 12.84 points in the previous trading session.

The market opened at 2,676.1 and showed fluctuations, reaching an intraday high of 2,694.85 and a low of 2,709.58. The day's turnover stood at Rs. 4.41 Arba, with 52,705 transactions involving 8,768,566 shares from 303 companies.

NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) recorded the highest turnover, with trades worth Rs. 18.96 crores, closing at Rs. 1,065 per share.

On the gainers' side, Joshi Hydropower Development Company Ltd (JOSHI) registered the highest growth of 7.67%.

On the other hand, NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) dropped by 9.90%.

Among the indices, the Manufacturing and Processing Index recorded the highest incline at 0.33% while the Life Insurance Index faced the most significant loss, dropping by 1%.
