NEPSE Fall Mere 0.02% to Settle at 2,183.27 Levels; Six Sector Closes Green Led by "Non-Life Insurance"

The NEPSE index closed at 2,183.27 today after losing 0.35 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a loss of 0.02%. The index gained 10.37 points yesterday.

Today the index opened at 2,187.1 and made an intraday high of 2201.64. It went as low as 2179.11 and ultimately closed at 2,183.27.

254 scrips traded hands via 47,909 transactions. A total of 7,764,153 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 2.86 Arba in turnover amount. This is lower than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 3.466 Arba.

Ankhu Khola Jalvidhyut Company Ltd (AKJCL) shares traded the most whereas Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) had the highest turnover of Rs. 9.70 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 345 per share.

Four companies gained all they could for the day and hit the positive circuit.

On the other side of things, Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) lost the highest 7.68% today.

Six sector indices closed green, "Non-Life Insurance" gained the highest 1.49% while " Finance" lost the highest 1.36% today.
