NEPSE Falls by 11.10 Points to Close at 2,654.35, Rs. 7.85 Arba Turnover Recorded

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) dropped by 11.10 points (0.41%) today, closing at 2,654.35. This follows a significant gain of 52.36 points in the previous trading session.
NEPSE opened at 2,670.23 and fluctuated throughout the day, hitting a high of 2,681.49 and a low of 2,644.79.
The total turnover for the day stood at Rs. 7.85 Arba, with 84,007 transactions involving 15,104,033 shares of 318 listed companies.
Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd (SAPDBL) led the turnover chart with trades worth Rs. 30.89 crores, closing at Rs. 1,500 per share.
Three companies topped the gainers' list, each posting a 10% increase in share price.
On the other hand, two companies faced the steepest loss of the day, with their share prices dropping by 10% each.
Among the sector indices, the Development Bank Index recorded the highest gain, rising by 0.83%, while the Finance Index saw the largest decline, falling by 0.08%.
