NEPSE frees the shares of Mahuli Laghubitta for trading: Extra shares added after a successful merger

After a successful merger with Navakiran Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, the shares of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited are now freed for trading in NEPSE.

6,42,200 extra units are added to the pre-existing 12,24,000 shares of Mahuli Laghubitta. Thus, the number of outstanding shares has become 18,66,200 units.

Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Navakiran Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have already commenced their joint transaction from Mangsir 08. After the acquisition between Mahuli Laghubitta and Navakiran Laghubitta, the joint transaction has started in the name of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. At the present, Mahuli Laghubitta operates in Saptari and Navakiran Laghubitta operates in Dhulikhel.

Both the companies had organized separate SGMs on Bhadra 9, 2077, to discuss the proposed share swap ratio of 100:95 determined during the merger. Also, the agenda was to amend the management letter after the merger changes their promoters: public shareholding profile.
