NEPSE Index Dips 0.52% to Close at 2,583.29 Levels; River Falls Power Led in Turnover

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) declined by 13.53 points (0.52%) today, closing at 2,583.29, following a double-digit loss of 31.43 points in the previous session.
The market opened at 2,587.3 and saw fluctuations, reaching an intraday high of 2,614.28 and a low of 2,569.00.
The total turnover for the day amounted to Rs. 4.51 Arba, with 57,863 transactions involving 9,180,718 shares across 319 companies.
River Falls Power Limited (RFPL) led the turnover chart with Rs. 22.03 crores in trades, closing at Rs. 940 per share.
On the gainers' side, four companies posted the highest growth, rising by 10% each.
Conversely, Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd (SAPDBL) saw a significant drop of 6.40%.
Among sectors, the Manufacturing and Processing Index registered the highest rise, inclining at 1.57%, while the Development Bank Index saw the largest decline at 2.05%.
