NEPSE Index loses double digits falling to 1136.96 points today; Sensitive Index loses 1.10%

The market today lost double digit points and fell to 1136.96 points. The benchmark index lost 1.05% or 12.05 points. The turnover was worth Rs.21.86 Crore achieved through trade of 833,753 units of shares traded through 3,403 transactions trading scrips of 154 listed companies in the process.
Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) posted the highest turnover worth Rs.2.65 Crore with LTP at Rs.266 per share. Promoter Shares of Mega Bank (MEGAPO) stood ahead in terms of volume with trade of 112,000 units of shares. The LTP of the scrip stands at Rs.104 per share.
Radhi Bidyut Company (RADHI) was today’s top gainer as it gained 5.84% or 8 points and closed at Rs.145 per share. Synergy Power Development (SPDL) was today’s top loser as it lost 6.49% or 5 points and closed at Rs.72 per share.
Sensitive Index lost 2.76 points and closed at 249.17 points while Float Index lost 0.92 points and closed at 84.12 points.
Only Mutual Funds gained today while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the red zone after losing points. Hotels lost the most at 2.91%.
