NEPSE Issues Directive to Listed Companies for Timely Financial Reporting

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has provided guidance to listed companies to update their financial information regularly. In accordance with the Securities Listing Regulations, 2075, NEPSE has directed companies to submit annual and quarterly financial details.
As per the provisions of the Securities Listing Regulations, 2075, companies are required to upload financial statements through the NEPSE online portal. The directive mandates companies to update their financial information within three days of the end of the respective period.
The companies failing to update financial information within the stipulated timeframe will be subject to action following Regulation 16 of the Securities Listing Regulations, 2075. NEPSE has emphasized the importance of timely and accurate financial reporting for the benefit of investors and the overall transparency of the stock market.
