NEPSE lists 25.69 lakh units debentures of Himalayan Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 25,69,104 Units of 10% Himalayan Bank Debenture 2083.
HBL had issued 30 lakh units debenture at par value of Rs.1000 each to raise debt worth Rs.3 Arba. The debentures offer an interest rate of 10% p.a. and will mature in a period of 7 years. Out of the offered units, applications were received for 2,569,104 units. All valid applicants have been fully allotted debentures.
