27.66 lakh unit right shares of NB Insurance Company Limited (NBIL) and Purnima Bikas Bank Limited (PURBL) have been listed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Now the shareholders of the respective company can sell their shares after receiving in Demat account. Listing of right shares of NB Insurance Company Limited 27,00,000 units right share of NB Insurance Company Ltd. has been listed for trading. NBIL has issued right shares in the ratio of 1:1 to its shareholders from Ashad 5 to Shrawan 9, 2074. Listing of right shares of Purnima Bikas Bank Limited 66,911.82 units right share of Purnima Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed for trading. It has issued right shares in the ratio of 4:1 to its shareholders and 66,911.82 unit were unsubscribed, which were sold through auction from Bhadra 19 to Bhadra 26, 2074.
