NEPSE lists bonus shares of Garima Bikas Bank and Sanima Bank; total of 12.50 Million units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange limited (NEPSE) has published notice regarding listing of bonus shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) and Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA).

As per the notice, 4,503,214.31 Units Bonus Shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) has been listed on the secondary market. The development bank had issued 16.15% bonus shares out of profits of FY 75/76.

Similarly, 8,001,255.44 Units Bonus Shares of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has been listed on the secondary market. The commercial bank had issued 10% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 75/76.

A total of 12,504,469.75 units of shares have been made tradeable.
